About this Online Space

This space is a mix of the personal and the professional because as any woman of color trying to find her place in academia, I find solace in knowing that I have a unique voice. That voice is not limited to one style or genre. I will share musings about academic life, academic mom life, and life as a Chicana feminist attempting to navigate academic spaces. I will share resources for teaching and learning from a Chicana feminist perspective.
